LONGi has established a three-tier ESG governance structure covering the governance, management, and execution levels. The Board of Directors and its Strategy and Sustainability Committee serve as the highest decision-making bodies, while the Strategy Management Committee oversees the coordination and management of ESG efforts. This involves devising sustainability goals, regularly conducting assessments, reviews, and advancing implementation to ensure the Company’s activities always align with our in-house sustainability philosophy and targets.

The LONGi Code of Conduct is based on ethical business practices that make us an honest, trustworthy and self-discliplined company. Abiding by relevant applicable laws, the company establishes appeal procedures to ensure equality among employees when it comes to observing the “clean-hand principle” to prevent bribery, corruption, and insider trading, and avoid conflicts of interests between the company and individuals. The company respects the basic human rights of all employees, working as a protector of employees’ health and safety, of the environment, and of confidential information and intellectual property. It assures that its financial practices, international transaction, and competition are compliant with laws.
