Responsible Procurement of Conflict Minerals

1. Supplier Statement and LONGi Supplier Code of Conduct requirements:

The Supplier shall ensure that it and its suppliers/partners do not purchase or use products or raw materials produced in violation of labor protection principles and that the products and raw materials it supplies to LONGi do not contain any ingredients that are unethically sourced or produced; Supplier shall ensure that it and its suppliers/partners comply with local labor protection and environmental protection laws and regulations and relevant internationally recognized principles or standards, comply with requirements consistent with this Code of Conduct and adopt internal rules and regulations to identify, prevent, mitigate, end or minimize adverse Labor protection and environmental impacts; If the supplier becomes aware in the supply chain that any of the warning signs stated above may no longer be valid, it shall immediately notify LONGi; At the same time, the supplier shall immediately carry out further verification to verify whether the goods delivered by the supplier may contain elements of unethical procurement or production, and shall provide reasonable proof to LONGi; Suppliers shall comply with laws and regulations relating to conflict minerals and establish clear policies or well-established procedures to ensure that tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold and other minerals from conflict countries or conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRA) are not procured, used or sold (" conflict minerals "). Suppliers should refer to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's Responsible Supply Chain Due Diligence Guidelines for Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-risk Areas, China's Responsible Mineral Supply Chain Due Diligence Guidelines and other management guidelines to conduct due diligence surveys on the supply chain of their products containing 3TG, and provide due diligence results or implement supply chain control measures as required by LONGi to ensure that there are no "conflict minerals".

2. Supplier Responsibility Requirements:

① In accordance with the OECD five-step approach, direct suppliers should complete the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT for 3TG) questionnaire, identify upstream smelters/refineries and their RMAP certification results.

② Direct suppliers shall continuously monitor and improve to ensure that upstream smelters containing 3TG materials comply with RMAP certification.

③ If 3TG material upstream smelter or refinery does not meet the RMAP certification, but the origin is not specified countries/conflict-affected and high-risk areas, LONGi will continue to cooperate, and the suppliers need to promote the upstream smelter or refinery through RMAP certification within 6 months;

If the upstream smelter or refinery of 3TG materials does not meet the RMAP certification, and the origin is in the specified country/conflict-affected and high-risk area or the origin of 3TG cannot be identified, LONGi will suspend the cooperation, and the supplier shall conduct its own responsible mineral audit, including but not limited to on-site audit, independent third-party audit, etc. The supplier should urge upstream smelters or refineries to meet RMAP certification or equivalent standards within six months. If no improvement is achieved, LONGi will initiate a supplier replacement or exit procedure.
